Adoption of T.K.

Order terminating appellant’s parental rights and freeing child for adoption is affirmed where:

1. appellant did not qualify as a father under Adoption of Kelsey S. (1992) 1 Cal.4th 816 because he did not demonstrate the full commitment required to establish either the financial or emotional elements; and
2. cyber-stalking during pregnancy has a negative emotional effect on the mother.
