In a mother’s appeal of an order terminating custody to her two children, pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code section 300, the Juvenile Court’s judgment terminating parental rights is reversed where the Department of Public Social Services (DPSS) failed to comply with the notice requirements of the Indian and Child Welfare Act of 1978 (ICWA), 25 U.S.C. section 1901 et seq.
