In a parents’ action appealing from the juvenile court’s order terminating their parental rights to their 3-year old daughter, the juvenile court’s order is reversed and remanded for further proceedings where: 1) there was an undisputed Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) issue; and 2) the court lacked jurisdiction to rule on ICWA issue following its termination of rights, under Welf. & Inst. Code section 366.26(i)(1).
